Description

A beloved recipe originating from Emilia-Romagna, this dish is everything you want: warming, flavourful, restorative and delectable – and also super easy to make. An Italian Christmas would not be the same without this dish. However, its success depends entirely on the quality of the two ingredients used.  

Ingredients

250 g La Tua Pasta Tortellini Modenesi
1 L Chicken Bone Broth
30 g Parmigiano Reggiano

Please note that some essential ingredients may
be listed in the recipe but not included when purchasing.

Instructions

Gently bring the broth to a boil in a large saucepan.

Delicately add the Tortellini to the broth and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Once cooked, use a ladle to serve your pasta and broth in to a soup bowl.

Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano. For an added authentic touch, pair with a sparkling Lambrusco.
