A golden hue with rich nuances. The scent is marked by warmth of candied lemon, complemented by a touch of white pepper spiciness and ripe fruit aromas of white peaches and pineapple. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, featuring a beautifully creamy mid-palate supported by pleasant acidity and mild tannins, with hints of vanilla and butter from malolactic fermentation and barrique-aging.
Ideal Parings:
It pairs perfectly with white meat, fresh cheese, buffalo mozzarella and rich fish. Try it, therefore, with our Smoked Salmon Tortelloni with Lemon Butter, Tomato & Mozzarella Tortelloni with Chilli Butter, Aubergine Parmigiana Tortelloni with Tomato Sauce or Gnocchi alla Sorrentina.

About the Producer:
Tenuta Stella is a family passion. Sergio Stevanato, the founder, despite his leading role in the Veneto business scene, had always been passionate about Collio wines. So, he decided to acquire some vineyards and found Tenuta Stella as a parallel business. In 2009, he began cultivating native vines to vinify them and achieve excellence in every bottle, and he continues to carry on this prestigious wine reality to this day.
