It is a very versitile sauce ideal to be matched with Plain Pasta, Gnocchi or to add a kick to the filled one. It is also perfect to be served as a dip or spread. The excellence of result is guaranteed from the choice of raw materials from basil D.O.P., selected, cultivated, harvested in Liguria according to strict production regulations. This sauce is made by a small oil mill located in the picturesque village of Sant`Agata d`Oneglia.
