Our hand-made Tortelloni is filled with the sweetest variety of Italian pumpkins with an addition of breadcrumbs and sage to enhance the flavour. This Pumpkin & Sage delicious filling is an all-time classic, and also vegan-friendly. Our Artisan Tomato Sauce is made following a traditional and simple Italian recipe – it is slowly cooked with fresh basil, onions and garlic.

About Pumpkin & Sage Tortelloni with Tomato Sauce

Suitable for Vegans*: this Pasta is suitable for Vegans as it is made only with Durum Wheat Flour and Water, and/or the filling is made without using animal-derived ingredients. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in salted boiling water
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in salted boiling water

  1. Bring approx. 2 litres of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the Tortelloni and cook for 4-5 minutes, depending on preference.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the Tomato Sauce and bring it to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the Tortelloni to your Tomato Sauce using a slotted spoon, making sure some of the starchy pasta water makes it into the melted butter. Stir carefully until all the pasta is well coated.
  5. Plate and garnish with a generous handful of your own Vegan Parmigiano Reggiano. Serve immediately.
