Focaccia is an Italian flat-bread made using olive oil and sprinkled with lots of fresh rosemary and crunchy flaky sea salt. It’s most commonly found in the north-west of Italy around Liguria, a famous olive-oil-producing region. It is perfectly soft and fluffy and great served warm as antipasti with charcuterie and cheeses. Our Focaccia arrives at your door half-baked so that you can have a crispy, warm, fresh focaccia out of your oven to serve on your table.

Enjoy it warm out of the oven as an antipasti or as a side to your main dish.

Bake at 270 C in a pre-heated stone oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Or bake at 220 C in a pre-heated fan oven for 5 to 8 minutes.

Remilled durum WHEAT semolina, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, rosemary 0.2%, preservative Potassium Sorbate, and sunflower oil. May contains SOY and MUSTARD.
