Ravioli Pea & Shallot and slow-cooked Sugo Al Pomodoro (Tomato Sauce) is a delicious vegan dish suitable for different dietary requirements. Our artisan Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels stuffed with a simple but delicious filling of peas and tasty shallots sautéed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our Tomato Sauce is slowly cooked for 2 hours with fresh basil, onions and garlic. You’ll be graced with a sweet and delicate flavour given by peas and shallot paired with our fresh Tomato Sauce.

About Pea & Shallot Ravioli with Tomato Sauce

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans*:This sauce is suitable for Vegans as it is made without using animal-derived ingredients. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in salted boiling water.
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in salted boiling water.

  1. Bring approx 2.5 litres of salted water to a boil. Add the Ravioli and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  2. In a separate frying pan, gently simmer your Tomato Sauce and add 3 tablespoons of the starchy pasta water.
  3. Drain the Ravioli and add to the Sauce. Toss together for 1 extra minute.
  4. Finish the dish with a drizzle of olive oil (it’s how the Italians do it).
