Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water

  1. Bring well-salted water to a boil. Simmer the Mafalde and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Gently heat the Beef Shin Ragu in a frying pan and transfer the Mafalde using a slotted spoon, ensuring that some of the starchy pasta water makes it into the pan with the tomato sauce.
  3. Cook for 1 extra minutes until the sauce and Mafalde are well combined.
  4. Plate and garnish with Parmiginao.
