Cooking delicious dishes is always a good way to impress someone on your date night – it’s well-known that food is the way to the heart! We’re here to help you impress your special someone – by cooking a mouth-watering meal for your Date Night. The dishes included are easy and quick to prepare so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your special guest. We’ve included some Bake-at-Home Focaccia and Superfresh Artisan Burrata to share over a glass of wine (we recommend a Rosé), whilst you wait for it to get steamy in the kitchen (the water to boil). We’ve given you a meat and veggie option to suit dietary considerations.
Our Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni is a classic filling and we recommend pairing it with Sage Butter to complement the delicate flavours. If you’d rather have a different dish (or maybe make two for the extra hungry couple) we’ve also given you fresh Pappardelle with Spicy Sausage Ragu, which will bring a little touch of spice to your night. Our Sauce is slow-cooked for 2 hours in our Pastificio to ensure a deeper depth of flavour. We’ve even included a little shared dessert, which is visually cute and delicious (white, milk & dark chocolate Tortellini).
