Fusilli are a type of spiral-shaped pasta with diagonally cut ends and have become one of the most recognisable shapes. Leave dry pasta behind and try our fresh Fusilli. This authentic shape is ideal for holding rich, chunky sauce due to its twists and turns, ensuring you get the perfect bite every time. Made using a combination of premium quality Italian durum wheat and ’00’ flour with a high egg content (30%). Fusilli are the perfect companion for any sauce and are traditionally served al dente. Fusilli are traditionally boiled and served with a sauce, we recommend our Lamb Romanesco Ragu or with Genovese Pesto. However, this versatile pasta can be cooked and served in many ways and work perfectly for a pasta bake in the oven or a cold pasta salad.
