This sauce is slow-cooked for over four hours in a red wine reduction to gently extract the rich flavours of our 100% British Beef. The soffritto base of carrots, onions and celery provides a balanced sweetness and sharpness to add to the familiar flavours we all love. Mix this delicious sauce with fresh Tagliatelle or Pappardelle for the perfect dish.

Cooking Instructions
Bring back to the boil whilst gently stirring, ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving. Keep sauce hot above 65ºC when serving.
