Our hand-made Pumpkin & Sage (Suitable for Vegans) Tortelloni are made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flour. They are individually hand-folded to incorporate more filling, which is made from scratch in our London kitchens. This Pumpkin & Sage filling is an all-time classic now suitable for vegans! The delicious and creamy filling is made using sweet Italian pumpkins roasted in the oven in our kitchen. Then we just add some breadcrumbs and a bit of Sage to enhance the flavour.

Serve it with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite sauce! Suitable for vegans*.

About Pumpkin & Sage Tortelloni

Freshly made daily with premium quality Italian ingredients.

Ingredients are 100% natural ingredients: we do not add any additives or colourants.

Suitable for vegans*: This Pasta is suitable for Vegans as it is made only with Durum Wheat Flour and Water and/or the filling is made without using animal-derived ingredients. However our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Premium quality hand-folded Pasta.

They cook in boiling water in just a few minutes.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.
Simmer Pumpkin & Sage Tortelloni and:

    • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
    • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Pasta (56%): Durum Wheat Flour,  Water.
Filling (44%): Pumpkin (82%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt,  Sage (1.5%).

Dusted with rice flour.
