These vegan-friendly* hearts feature a comforting filling made from roasted sweet potato and sautéed leeks, delicately seasoned with aromatic herbs, and blended into a smooth, creamy plant-based delight. Serve with vegan-friendly sage butter for the perfect finishing touch.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil.

Simmer the Sweet Potato & Leek Heart Ravioli:

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with vegna suitable cheese and olive oil, or with your preferred sauce.

 

Pasta (50%): Durum Wheat Flour, Water.

Filling: Sweet Potato (62%), Leeks (27%), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Potato Flakes (Potato, Emulsifier: E471), Salt, Garlic, Thyme.

Dusted with Rice Flour.
