This heart-shaped Ravioli, like all our fresh pasta, is made using our signature dough with a high free-range egg content. Carefully filled with a rich and velvety combination of oven-roasted pumpkin, delicate ricotta cheese, Italian grated cheese, and a touch of nutmeg, it’s pressed into an adorable heart-shaped pasta—perfect for your Valentine’s celebrations at home.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil.
Simmer the Pumpkin & Ricotta Heart Ravioli

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

 

Pasta (50%): Flour 00 (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Free Range Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt.

Filling (50%): Pumpkin (54%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Nutmeg.

Dusted with rice flour.
