At the heart of this dish is our seasonal pasta ‘Tortellini Modenesi’. This traditional, filled pasta is a special treat for the holidays, encapsulating the rich flavours of Italian Mortadella, Italian grated cheese and Parma ham. Traditionally, the dish is cooked and served with meat broth, we’ve sourced the award-winning Chicken Bone Broth from Borough Broth to bring the entire dish to you!
At Christmas time, this pasta transforms into the most warming, restorative and delectable dish. No Italian would miss the opportunity to enjoy this special dish during winter.

Thankfully, this is probably the easiest Christmas dish of any to prepare! Simply bring the broth to a gentle boil, drop in your fresh tortellini and 4 minutes later, the flavours have gently merged together, and you are ready to eat! Garnish with a bit of grated parmesan if you like.

Fresh egg pasta, with broth and Parmesan.

Whilst stocks last.
Cook in just a few minutes.
Pasta is suitable for freezing.

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in salted boiling water.
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in salted boiling water.

  1. Place both broths in a pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the Tortellini Modensi and cook for 4-5 minutes, depending on preference.
  3. Once cooked, serve the Tortellini and broth with a ladle in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano.
