Lastly, our Tonnarelli alla Carbonara is the Roman dish par excellence! The recipe uses eggs, Parmigiano and Pecorino to create the ultimate cheese sauce to coat your Tonnarelli with added crispy Guanciale to give a saltiness and balance to the recipe – you’ll be pinching your hand in the air in appreciation.
